Payment

We take all forms of online payment except for PayPal eChecks. 

 

Shipping

We are a small independent online shop. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of when the order was made. This does not include weekends, holidays, pre-order or made-to-order items. A processing status means your order has not yet been shipped. Once your package ships we will send you a notification email. Deliveries varies on customer's location.

Domestic shipping are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Los Angeles, California.

The customer is responsible for all local custom fees.

If you would like to choose a different shipping carrier please contact us at hello@shopgirl.la and we will do our best to accomadate your request.

After packages leave our studio and are in the care of shipping services we have no way to track it other than through the tracking number we've provided for you. We see exactly what you see on the tracking page and are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items that occur during shipping.

 

Returns

All orders are final. No returns. No exchanges. 

Please be sure to pay special attention to measurements and information written. 

Please make sure that you have the correct address upon check out or on your PayPal account. We are not responsible for the wrong address written upon your online/PayPal check out.

If a package gets sent back to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back.

For Vintage + Pre-Loved items: Due to the nature of vintage/pre-loved there may be small flaws or show signs of wear, although none that detract from overall look and functionality. As with all pre-loved treasures, items are sold as-is; please take this into account when making your final purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item please email us at hello@shopgirl.la

Please note that there may be a slight color variation between the actual product and the photos shown as color varies between different devices and monitors.

 

 

Cancellation 

There is a 2 minute grace period for item(s) that are accidentally ordered. Once an item has a sold out label another customer cannot make a purchase of that item, therefore no exceptions due to the nature of items being vintage / one of a kind and does not come in bulk.

For all other cancelations there is a restocking fee of $10, except for made-to-order pieces.

 

Measurements / Sizing

For made-to-order garments please refer to this sizing guide.

For Vintage + Pre-Loved items: Please be aware that vintage sizing is different than modern sizing. We take the measurements while the garment is lying flat (please leave room for ease). We list the modern size. All measurements are in inches. A great way to see if something is your size is to take a measurement of a similar garment you own.

Please be sure to pay special attention to information / measurements given. There are no returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or have been misread.

 

Pre-order Items

If you've ordered a vintage item or made-to-order item along with your pre-order items, the order will be shipped out once all items are ready to be shipped.

 

Privacy

Shop Girl respects your right to privacy. We do not share or sell your information to any third parties or outside organizations. Any and all information submitted during your purchase is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. Personal information will be managed confidentially and securely. No credit card information is retained by us. If you have opted in for our newsletter we may email you on occasion with regards to first dibs on new products and special promotions.
